We take pictures of the property in its initial state before giving it over to the tenants. This is done to prevent any miscommunications or accidents at the end of the term. We will provide these documents to the owner and the consumer. If any damage or dents are found on the property after it has been returned to the owner, the repair cost will be taken from their security deposit. We have a dedicated engineering department that will take care of any maintenance issues that arise after the tenants take the property. Additionally, we will get the tenant to sign a tenant verification form that includes all of their personal data, personal ID card, job, marital status, and monthly income. A police clearance certificate form will also be made available. We have an IT department solely to verify these credentials and manage the website. We will provide the flat association with this information once we have acquired all of it. Once we have approval from the flat association, we will proceed with the deal.
